eggsalad sandwichees (milky)


















milky: miaomiao! cats shall not live on bread alone, so me, minty, and lychee are making eggsalad sandwichees!

we need:
(1) wholemeal bread: high glycemic index to give us consistent energy levels!
(2) chicken eggs: rich in cell-repairing protein, choose low-cholestrol varieties!
(3) sliced cheese: calcium for strong bones and teeth!
(4) turkey bacon: rich in phosphorus, but must choose lean cuts!
(5) cucumber, tomatoes: rich in vitamin a and c!
(6) mayonaise, honey mustard: not very nutritious but quite yummy!














milky: boil chicken eggs in pot, keep chicken eggs in pot for five minutes after water begins to boil.














minty: grill bacon in oven, turn over so both sides grill nicely!













lychee: wash cucumber and tomatoes, and slice thinly!


















lychee: eat extras to save space on the chopping board!


















milky: mash eggs well, mixing in mayonaise, honey mustard, salt, and pepper. assemble the sandwich, one layer for cheese and bacon, one layer for egg salad and vegetables!














minty: my sandwich is the biggest and yummiest!
milky: but too much food for us!
lychee: we can have a tea party!














creamy: your sandwiches look so yummy and healthy!
miaoshi: with complex carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins for a balanced diet!
barley: we'll wash it down with calming cammomile!














creamy: chef milky, your sandwiches are egg-cellent!














miaoshi: assistant lychee, you are berry sweet!
